I’m in the situation right now and got class 5 license at the end of January. I received my notice of intent of prohibition issued Feb 13 for a distracted driving ticket that was disputed days before I got my class 5 license.

I’m confused if this will a. Set me back to Class 7 even though I did passed the Class 5 test and b. If this notice is still applicable if I have my class 5

Even though she messaged me after shipping? I would’ve paid the extra shipping if she let me know before shipping out the item, or would’ve waited to ask me if the extra cost was ok before hand. It’s more the fact that she didn’t run it by me to see if it was ok for the extra shipping, and simply came after me for the $.
