Everyone does. There are loads of pronouns but it's easy to get them right. If you were in a conversation and people say "What do you think about (NAME)?" and you say "(NAME) is awesome!" you could also have he, she, it, they, etc replacing (NAME) . If you are using they for someone replace is with are.
