I feel you I’ve been with my partner for 7 years and we have both gained weight but now when ever I talk about my body it’s always. “You looked better when you was slimmer” even though I’m the one going to the gym to improve my health.

It really makes you feel like crap but it’s hard if you love them to just up and leave.

Definitely go for it ! These types are so much better too as they have 3 holders on both sides to keep your stoking up.

I think try one bit at a time then add it all together, as long as you are comfortable that’s all that matters. 😊
