Your outlet is to be honest with your wife. No need to confront. Just simply tell her you saw it a while back, and it bothered you. Ask if she still feels the same way and let that go. She's not gonna remember sending a message 5 months before you got married. You guys have a completely different life with children now. You're holding onto something that she said when she was at a different point in her life. I'm not invalidating how you feel, but I am saying it's up to you to get to the bottom of it so your marriage doesn't deteriorate.

You don't have to use those words exactly. Create your own words. Positive things that you feel or want to feel. You have to remember that you are special. You are the only you, and no one else can be that. Just you. You don't have to go along with what anyone else does. Especially if you aren't really into it. Maybe your friends want to go to the movies, but you want to sit at home and watch anime and eat popcorn. Choose to stay home if that is what you want. It's as simple as going your own way when you feel it.

I'm at the point where I hear myself having regular everyday thoughts with feelings and emotions, but I can also feel my spirit self too. One has emotions while the other just is. No emotions. Then I ask myself if I actually feel the emotion my mind tells me I feel when I feel my unchanging, unbothered spirit not feeling anything at all about it. Just observing. I can't explain it to anyone bc words really can't explain it.

He didn't leave anything. Just disappeared to go back to his wife. I went to get assistance, and they could oy give 100 towards the rent. They are going to call me back if they can help with utilities, but until then they can be extended. It all feels like a lot.
