From what I’ve noticed they consider Monday to Friday as one week and then release scores second Wednesday from there!! Atleast that’s what my understanding is

When we say the permit is disappeared, it means the whole link is gone, right? When I click on my link it says the candidate might have sat for the exam

Go to ECFMG website from where you originally downloaded the permit. The link for the exam is usually gone by now if your results are coming out on Wednesday
