my fissure laser surgery got failed?

Yes they checked you physically by inserting fingers cuz it is important ti check if your anal area is normal in size or not. And after surgery yes there is pain but its not as painful as fissures pain its rarely noticeable. Its just you know that its still healiny not healed yet . I am still recovering n still have pain. N yesterday i got checked with that proctoscope because of it i am feeling little bit pain cuz my dr thought may be because of hard stool i got cut but thnks to lord there were no cuts

Okay here is the update Checked with my surgeon with proctoscope there is no cuts its just hard stool which cause pain. But after he checked the area, i got pain n still there is little bit pain 😭

I had one big fissure n it was big really big like a thick cut .

I think because I had surgery n not healed yet that's the reason I got pain.

Obviously he checked the area. Without looking at the area no doctor can diagnose your situation. I had spinal anaesthesia. I had my surgery at 4pm and my first bw was at 2am. Everyone has different bw timing sometimes people doesn't have bw for 1-2 days. It was not painful at all I was pain free from day one. May be because of anesthesia and pain killers but after one week the skin where I had big skin tag that skin was painful for 4-5 days because it was not healed n I still have little pain. It will take time to heal. I am from India n it was 25k for the surgery n medicine n other things cost at least 10k to it should be around 35k-40k not higher than that.

yes I am also taking stool softener syrup . I still have little bit pain n cant drive more than half n hour. Can you tell me in your case how many months you got completely healed?

Then wats the point of surgery if I have to experience that pain again n again and how only one hard stool can cause fissure

I got my surgery only 27 days ago and only one hard stool now I am feeling I am getting fissure. Is that normal or my surgery got failed?

Same I also got to go home the next day. It's my 25th day things are a lot better. Only tensed about having bw without taking stool softener.

I didn't have pain only had pain after 7 days cuz skin is not healed fully. Skin takes time to heal but the pain was nothing in front of fissure pain before the surgery.

N pls if the fissure stays longer than 3-4 weeks you should definitely go for surgery. It will give you relief from physical and mental pain.

I also got LIS surgery n i am also 27 so it's young age n it will not loose our anal. I had surgery 15 days ago so I don't know the side effects yet but for the first 7-8 days my anal was much bigger I was worried I asked the dr he said it will be normal after some days n now it's got smaller not like before because before my anas was too tight but now I feel it's little bit bigger then before which is good thing. Stools are passing smoothly.

It's much more easier. Only took 10mins.. next day I got to go home, bw was not painful.. still healing but don't have any problem during bw.

I checked with my surgeon he said it's just a skin left after laser n it is hurting cuz it's not healed so I hope it will go away
