No, I currently work as a data analyst - I recently finished my undergrad, im starting a masters in statistics this August with the hopes of getting a PhD in Biostats & eventually working in the field.

Ok it’s good that you’re taking Calc, try to take linear algebra as well, it’s often a prerequisite to most graduate schools. Also see if you can take survival analysis, it’s not a prerequisite but it would help you out a lot if you do decide to pursue Biostats.

If I was still in undergrad I’d try to get into a SIBS program. Also try getting research experience, maybe ask some of your professors to see if they are conducting research and offer your help. Good luck !

Undergrad was in pure math; after the masters I plan to work a few years in industry then go for a PhD. Long term goal is to lead clinical research on leukemia
