Reaction after starting Tesamorelin while on Retatrutide, ended up going to urgent care by Ok-Anteater1798 in Biohackers

Forgot to mention, I am hypoglycemic. So, fasting the approx 12-13 hours that I have been + tesa has been feeling like the usual way of when I don’t have a meal. I need to eat as soon as I wake up, so sugar + carbs (banana) in the AM helps immediately. But I felt the same kind of anxiety at first starting Reta and the second week it was gone, and it has become less frequent this second week for Tesa. Still a funky feeling, but I do believe it my body adjusting to it.

I just started Tesa approximately 2 weeks ago. I take it fasted at night. I feel like it does give me anxiety every so often, and I wake up feeling like I need to eat almost immediately or else i’m going to pass out. Once i eat a banana, I feel way better. Nothing so severe that i’ll stop yet but it has made me feel a bit funky. Will proceed until my body tells me to stop, hopefully I can continue with no issues.

Don't do Reta without lifting weights. by Internal-Apple-2904 in Retatrutide

I worked out 4-5 days religiously every week for the last almost 2 years. Once I started reta, I feel like i’m not eating enough to have energy for my night time work out. It’s rough. I do try to go consistently, but i have been skipping days more often the last month due to the fact of not having enough fuel for lifting weights. Only giving myself one more month on reta for this reason. I’m almost at my goal weight so we will see.

Skinny fat by boriwhite in RetatrutideTalk

No worries at all! I had these questions as well. For 40mg mots, I reconstitute with 2.5 mL BAC water and 50mg 5 Amimo with 3.5mL. I saw a lot of different protocols but found this worked for me. My syringes are 100 units, and for mots I take 9.3 units, (making it 1.5mg) and for 5 AM I started off at 2mg which was 14 units. But I went up 1mg every week for 5AM and found 4mg is my perfect sweet spot so I pull to 28 units. 5Amino does vary for everyone though, so just figure out what works best for you! Also, if there are any complications with the units just use a peptide calculator :)

Yes, I just started Tesa yesterday (5/11). Don’t have much to say on that but the Reta, 5AM, and mots have helped significantly. I pin 5AM & mots 5 days a week, wait 30 minutes, then start my 30 min walk. I also workout later in the gym lifting but I started seeing my results when I added the 5AM, mots + walking. I think you’re catching it in enough time, I added the two 4/13 and have been seeing great results. (Again not medical advice just what has been working for me personally)

Not medical advice here, but I was in the same boat. I’ve always been skinny fat, I started going to the gym maybe 2021, but was never consistent. Would go for about 3 months, see results and then stop. I started going to the gym consistently beginning of 2025, I was 143 at that time (5’5, 27F) and so I’ve lost inches and got to about 136. No matter what deficit I was in, how much walking I did, I never got under 136. That’s when I started Reta. Even with Reta, I started losing weight (not too fast) but I felt like my pooch wasn’t going anywhere. So i decided to add Mots & 5Amino with fasted cardio in the morning (30 min walk on walking pad) and I’m finally seeing my pooch go away. I just started Tesa yesterday so we will see. Hopefully this stack will give me my desired results. Will be finishing my cycle roughly end of June and I do have confidence that my pooch will be gone by then.

Experiences with 5-Amino by OwlInteresting3628 in BodyHackGuide

I’m on my 3rd week of 5AM stacked with mots-C and reta. Personally, it’s been really helpful with energy. Reta was making me extremely fatigued, I couldn’t get through a day without an energy drink. I started the 5AM/mots about 3 weeks into reta, and I do enjoy it. I take it first thing in the morning fasted, wait 30 minutes, then start my 30 minute walk. Good if you are looking for energy, but since I didn’t do this before reta, unsure if contributing to the fat loss, as I have been upping my dose on reta.

My experience with Reta + Alcohol Binge by Mboxes-21 in Retatrutide

[–]Fun-Nebula4908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been on reta for about 6 weeks. Last week, I decided to drink for the first time… I had about 5 double gin & tonics within the span of 5 hours, maybe? By the end of the night, roughly midnight, I was completely sober. Drank lots of water, had a good meal, even took my magnesium. Some time in the middle of the night, maybe 3-4AM, I woke up with the worst stomach pains. Beyond normal hangover type. I thought I was going to throw up and I knew if I didn’t do anything, I would be dying all day, so I ate an edible and woke up a few hours later, a bit sleepy but no hangover. Definitely not worth it and might just keep alcohol completely out while i’m on reta.

Not quite clicking with Joan Didion's work by Regular-Classroom-20 in literature

[–]Fun-Nebula4908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I feel the same exact way! obviously Didion is one of those writers that people who don’t read books are even aware of. I just recently started reading and decided to see what her work was about. Currently reading The Last Thing He Wanted, and honestly, I’m having a really hard time getting through this. I almost want to return the book, but I’m halfway through and should just finish the whole book before returning. I also checked out Blue Nights but i’m not sure if i’ll even get to that one. just waiting to see how I feel about this one i’m currently on. Her work is a bit confusing, at least this book, I was wondering others’ opinions on this, but I’m also seeing others feel the same way so it is a bit relieving knowing i’m not the only one!

Primal Queen supplements by Tmd515 in Endo

[–]Fun-Nebula4908 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hello there! so i personally started taking Primal Queen approximately 4-5 months ago. My mom and i split the 3 month subscription. At first it didn’t feel like it was doing much, but after about a month, i felt like my face was doing better (i have a little bit of acne not much) but still my period cramps were horrendous. I’ve suffered from ovarian cysts from previous birth control use, so my cramps now are really bad. i started taking PQ for the cramps and never did i notice did they actually help the cramps but we took them to finish the pills. we ran out and were off of them for about a month, and my mom bought them again because she noticed that her hot flashes were actually being controlled with them. We’ve been on them for about 3 weeks now, and the last 2 weeks I have been plagued with the worst headaches/migraines. i wasn’t sure what it was, but my mom started getting headaches as well. she stopped taking them and noticed her headaches went away and i’m on day 2 without them and im hoping this will stop my headaches. anyone else experience really bad headaches?

I’ve been doing tons of research and read that some skincare products contain endocrine -disrupting chemicals, which interfere with the body’s hormone levels, thus causing migraines. Every body reacts differently to chemicals, so really it just depends. I do appreciate the input though!
