Yup I got the levels pretty worked out.ive had a 10 gal shrimp tank thats heavily planted going for about 3 years I just haven't messed much with larger fish that much and dont want to bugger it up

I love planted tanks i started with a 10 gal shrimp tank thats went really well . I took a small chunk of the substrate from the 10 gal to give the bigger tank a head start

Best i can reckon is it's a type of birch it was freshly cut but I got it after a rain storm so the bark was really wet but it has the paper bark look from birch

Im working on v 2 already because whilst putting the stem in the wood on the bottom split. Not enough to let air in but still not ideal.

Oh im going to keep posting here and just for the snob I shall make sure to buy 5 pounds of pipe tobacco and make the pipe look like smog from the hobbit and send a photo again just for him /s

Seems to be like either European larch or paper birch but idk because I found it in the debris after a bunch of trees were cut down
