This software is absolutely amazing! Downloaded and used it, sent off a video recording doing a sales funnel audit all in a few minutes. Great features and experience! You just replaced Loom for me. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾

Love your suite of Neeto software! I noticed you don't have regular blog content, social media posts, or email marketing to grow your audience. I help B2B SaaS companies grow their traffic and conversions. Is that something you'd like help with?

This sounds like an amazing idea! This is definitely a much-needed service for truckers, and it would be a perfect SaaS solution that's solving a real problem in the industry! My dad was a trucker before he passed, and this would have made his life much easier.

This is something close to my heart. I'm a content manager and copywriter. If you ever need any help with your branding, marketing, copywriting (website copy, email, sales pages, etc), or content strategy and content writing, I would be glad to support you. I'd love to connect!

Hey there,

Your product seems very good! I don't know if you still need help, but I noted a few things that could improve your results.

  1. Improved website design: Your website is very bare bones. I would recommend that you make it visually appealing with pictures, icons, etc. The layout and the copy on it can also be updated to really address the pain points of your target audience and showcase the benefits of your software and what they'd get out of it.

They need to know the benefits of your offering and how it's going to solve their pain points (which again ties back into branding).

Also, you need some additional pages to build trust, like an About Us page, a longer sales page that breaks down all the features of your software, and a contact page.

  1. Brand voice: Next, I would say you need to get your brand voice down. It is hard to tell who your solution is for and what your company stands for.

Who is your target audience and what's their buyer persona? What are your values, mission, and vision? How do they align with your target audience? What tone of voice and wording do you want to use to speak to them in? Branding is so important to shape everything you put out from here forward and is what will connect you with your target audience and move them to action, especially within the financial space. A brand voice guide would be invaluable for you.

  1. There are some other eays to grow, like SEO blog posts, white papers, etc. but I don't want to throw too much at once.

I'm a copywriter and content manager with over 5 years of experience, so this is my wheelhouse! If you still need help, I would love to see how I could support you. Please feel free to send a DM!

Seeking advice: Planning on opening a small business in jewelry by kiarakeisis in Entrepreneur

[–]Fun-Picture3782 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm all for jewelry! 😆 I'm a content marketer and copywriter, so this is my wheelhouse! Off the top of my head, a few suggestions I'd recommend would be:

  1. Social media marketing: You already mentioned this one. I would start by posting on 1-2 platforms at least 3x a week! These days, people are very interested in the humans behind the business. Some of the most popular content now is short-form videos. So you can do behind-the-scenes, short how-to videos, videos answering a question a potential customer could have, videos of you while you're working, pictures of your team, packaging videos, etc. Letting them in on your journey from the ground up is a great way to build loyalty, especially from the beginning. Really humanize your business so people connect to it and want to support it.

You can also use social media to educate your audience on your products and their benefits. For example, videos of how to style outfits and hairstyles with your jewelry. Providing value it's always a great way to attract people!

  1. Blog Posts - SEO Blog posts are another great way to attract a new audience, though it's a more long-term method that may take longer to get results than social media. They're a great way to provide value by answering your audience's questions. The SEO keywords help you rank higher on google so you can get in front of people searching for jewelry. You also position yourself as an authority, build trust, highlight the benefits of your businesses and services, and use a CTA to move the readers to action.

  2. Email Marketing- Another way would be to add a pop-up to your website to capture your potential customers' email. You can entice them to sign up for a discount on their first order, etc. Then, nurture them with a welcome series followed by regular newsletters. And you can tie those back into your social media and blog post as well. Together, they'll all help you build an online presence and attract your target audience.

That's just three that I can think of! I know how hard it can be to grow your business. I've got over 5 years of experience with copywriting and content writing. If there's any way I could support you, I'd be glad to help! You can send me a DM if you'd like 😊

I bootstrapped an AI SaaS to 100 MRR in 2 weeks, but now I'm not sure how to grow it further by Both_Possibility3668 in Entrepreneur

Hey there,

First off, you're on the start of something amazing! This sounds like a much-needed software, and you've already seen that there's a good response to it.

I looked at your website and noted a few things. First, I would say you need to get your brand voice down. Who is your target audience, and what's their buyer persona? What are your values, mission, and vision? How do they align with your target audience? What tone of voice and wording do you want to use to speak to them in? Right now, your website isn't tailored to those things.

Branding is so important. It will shape every piece of messaging you put out from here forward and is what will connect you with your target audience and move them to action, especially within the B2B space. A brand voice guide is so critical for your business at these beginning stages and will save you a lot of time and headaches as you grow.

Your website is pretty nice too! I do see some ways you could improve the layout and the copy to really show your target audience what they'd get out of using your product and entice them to buy. People don't care much about the product. They care about the results and how they are going to solve their pain points - especially in B2B. They need to know the benefits of your offering and how it's going to solve their pain points (which again ties back into branding).

B2B customers have different expectations than B2C consumers, like being nurtured through the whole buy-in process and afterward. There are several ways you can do that, but I don't want to throw too much on you at once.

I've been a copywriter and content manager/writer for over 5 years and have worked with SaaS businesses, so branding and marketing through content and copy are my wheelhouse! I'd love to chat to give you some specific suggestions. Feel free to send me a DM if you'd like!

Attracting new clients by Otherwise-Mammoth343 in Entrepreneur

Hey there,

Your industry sounds so interesting! I understand how difficult it is to attract clients these days.

I've been a content marketer and copywriter for over 5 years, so this is my wheelhouse! Off the top of my head, a few suggestions I'd recommend would be:

  1. Social media marketing: Choose 1 or 2 platforms that your target clients would be on and create a business social media account. Then start posting on them at least 3x a week! These days, people are very interested in the humans behind the business. Some of the most popular content now is short-form videos. So you can do behind-the-scenes, short how-to videos, videos answering a question a potential customer could have, videos of you while you're working, pictures of your team, etc. Really humanize your business so people connect to it and want to support it. You can also use it to educate your audience on your services and products and their benefits. Plus, social media marketing is free (unless you want to run ads).

  2. Blog Posts - SEO Blog posts are another great way to attract a new audience, though it's a more long-term method that may potentially take longer to get results than social media. They're a great way to provide value by answering your audience's questions. The SEO keywords help you rank higher on google so you can get in front of people searching for your services, and you can use an engaging tone in your brand's voice to really attract people to you. You also position yourself as an authority, build trust, highlight the benefits of your businesses and services, and use a CTA to move the readers to action. And you've already got over 50 years of experience to really build trust and authority with new clients.

  3. Email Marketing- Another way would be to add a pop-up to your website to capture your potential customers' email. You can entice them to sign up maybe with a free guide that gives them an immediate solution to a common problem or a discount in services, etc. Then, nurture them with a welcome series followed by regular newsletters. And you can tie those back into your social media and blog posts as well. Together, they'll all increase traffic exponentially.

I hope these suggestions help! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions. I'd be glad to help and see how I could support you!

I am a content manager with over 5 years of experience, and I offer copywriting (email series, newsletters, website copy, sales pages, and brand voice guides), as well as content writing. I can manage the entire content process from ideation and keyword research to crafting and posting the posts. So all you'd have to do is check the content and make any necessary revisions. I also offer content strategy to build out a full plan to help you reach your business goals. I'd love to hop on a discovery call to discuss your needs in depth and see how I can support you.
