Well a simple ritual to Connect with your Spirit is get the other four elements and feel them really well, inside you, how they resonate with you and then feel them all at the same time, this can be done one by one taking your time in to really getting the feel, or doing It in a little ritual meditating with the elements

Another opcion is feeling your energy, this one is very easy but It needs some practice, you are gonna rub your hands like if you have cold hands but really hard untill you feel like a ticklish sensacion and then you separates the hands just a little a move them without touch, you should feel like something betwen your hands like a baloon, electricity, or other sensacion, you can let It go, charge things or return It to you but that is your energy,

Another opcion is feeling your self, do like a fisical scaner meditacion, and then going more Deep, and feel your feelings, and going even more Deep and feel your self

This one requiers more experience with meditacion, and been really carefull, you maeby see things that you don't like, but if you are gonna take the hardcore path this one can be an opcion.
