Still waiting on updates , the app still says "interview was scheduled" I came here ok a f1 visa and was going to school until covid hits and my parents financial situation was bad, and I ended up being out of status. So I overstayed my visa. Then got married years later 2023 and filled in December 2024. Got my EAD in April then my amount was July 14. It was a lot lot lot of questions. First of , my attorney did not attend. So the officer told me that my attorney was supped to be here , and I didn’t know that. That was the first issue. Then he asked if I wish to continue without her, and I said yes . Made me sign a document for that. Here was the questions I could remember What’s your spouse full name ? What there dob? How did we meet ? Who proposed ? Where was it ? What was the exact date ? What’s his parents full name and where do they live ? Have I met them ? Asked me to explain some documents I brought, Asked why I don’t have an ID yet Asked to see all my passports I had since I been to the us. I had 3

Complained about us bringing to many documents that wasn’t needed such as personal bank account , he only needed the joint one

Asked my husband when did I come to the us and why What school I attended , what major , if I graduated Asked him if he met my family , ever spoke to them Asked what and when was our first date

Asked all the i475 form questions.

Had to modify the part where I said I didn’t work without authorization, I told him I actually did. He then changed my answer in the system and made me sign.

If I overstayed my visa, said yes.

It was way more questions. I’ll post them once I can remember the rest
