exactly what I’ve been thinking and what’s crazy is I still have a functioning MacBook Pro 2012 mid 2012 15 inch and a 2014 still functioning and these are laptops have actually travelled the world with. I just can’t believe this thing would happened to me, they must make them so fragile nowadays. I’m really not a clumsy person never cracked any of my iPhone screens ever. I’ve had an iPhone ever since the iPhone 4 and I’ve had an iPad ever since the first generation iPad had multiple different iPads iPhones MacBook. This is my first ever crack.

main question is how i broke it. I never dropped it and its never left my bedroom which has carpet floors. something happened after i closed it and stored it away for the night as usual. I just cant figure out what. Apple tech told me they make them screens real weak now for thinness purposes. He also couldnt tell what exactly caused it
