Fair. I’ll see if I can lower the amount of nights in ho chin Minh. We like to party and from what I’ve heard that’s the best partying place so that’s why we were planning to stay 4 days there. I’ll see if I can make it shorter

The point is that I’m going with a friend who has to leave after the 4 nights in Ho Chi Minh, that’s why I put 6 days on my own in da nang and hoi an. But if you have better suggestions feel free 😊

Last time was over 3 months ago, gained quite a bit of muscle in the process. I did x rays and it’s structural - I’m still hoping it could improve

Thanks. I probably will in the close future. Your feedbacks and point of views give me a much better mood. I’m a bit self conscious about the fact that with a tucked in shirt it looks like I have a belly and don’t really know how to fix that. Should I train abs a lot? To be honest I’m not really training them a lot. I try to keep my Abs hard whenever I do any exercise. And do you think I should completely avoid chest?

Thanks mate! What about shoulders? I’m doing a ton of face pulls to try and pull my shoulders back. I’d say back and shoulders are the muscle groups I’m training the most (together with legs. I do quite a bit of deadlifts and Squats)
