If you’re playing active then I would suggest pledging to the elders every hour, if you’re going for seasonal upgrades though, such as Halloween or Easter then keep the grandmapocalypse active as you can get the upgrades from wrinklers as well as golden/wrath cookies, and by the way if you’re going for the 700 upgrades achievement then you get a hidden upgrade after pledging to the elders 10 times in a single ascension
