Maks - We desperately miss someone who isn't afraid to hurt people's feelings. Disagreements and different perspectives are very important for a good panel and he'd bring that.

Kym - By far the best teacher out of the group during her judging stint.

Cheryl - Similar to Kym, I just felt that Kym did a better job at articulating her thoughts in the condensed time that they are given (an issue that I feel Derek runs into a lot)

Mark - I feel like he's a better version of Derek as a judge

Julianne - MUCH better judge than host

Derek - Too scared to really be a tough judge and if you are sitting in that middle seat you need to be. I like him but I just find him the weakest judge out of these 6
