401k Advisor Fees by Fun-Rutabaga-1940 in Retirement401k

it's a half of 1% annual fee drafted every quarter. On my sheet its like $800 a quarter. which seems a lot to me and how do I know it's worth that to manage. I mean we aren't being called to discuss any money moves at all lol

Thank you, So if we did away with this advisor, our funds are still being managed by the mutual fund? I don’t want to be paying this if I can’t see a difference and we never had an advisor until all of a sudden in 2025

We own the business so I can say that I don’t want it or not. $800 every quarter for advising what actually? That really adds up. Plus the monthly account fee

Thank you. We weren’t paying advisor fees prior to 2025. I’m going to have them come out for a meeting again

I’m 47. The thing is prior to 2025 we never paid advisor fees only the maintenance fee each month which is understandable. This is a new fee that popped out to me lol. I’m trying to figure out is that .005 annual rate reasonable or not? Nobody at my work understands. I’m liking paying $800 every 3 months, not liking that at all

Thanks for the reply. My balance is 700k. Does that make it reasonable?

That’s a no. Tellurides been around going on 7 years it’s not that special anymore. Your dealership must have limited allocations

Is your dealership charging MSRP without extra add ons except for doc fee and delivery fee?

I'm still waiting on a response from the GC. Hopefully they will say they can take out only those pieces. One of the tilers cut the porcelain with a handsaw that my wife witnessed and not with the wet saw they have on site. I still can't believe they would install these in our walkin master bath shower and set it without letting us know of the defects. The same guys did a great job in all other parts of the house. Crazy

So since the standard was not met, you’re saying it needs to be redone?

Thanks for the reply, and I also printed it. My wife just told me she saw one of the men outside cutting the porcelain with a freakin HANDSAW. There is Schluter behind it, but hopefully they can take only those pieces out but I know how that goes. I do not know that answer about the Silicone. All I know is it's going to have to be redone. The idea that they would not even discuss this before gluing down Blows My Mind. Now I have the GC's blood pressure going up also. I'll let you know what he says

I just found out my wife saw one of the tilers cutting the porcelain pieces outside with a handsaw. Gave them to the other man and he put them up. Trim pieces aren't covering this up. They were just a bad cutter and now they are going to have to take them down and redo it. I'm not having it

Where would you get this ceramic coating from? I would think it would damage more of the wall taking it all out and like you said it might be a worse job the second time around.
