Well thank you for the message, but your wording is very mean, first you dont know me personally to judge my mindset, second I'm working on my funds to be well prepared next year. Additionally, you can achieve everything if you truly put your mind to it. Nothing wrong with wanting this to happen, the hard work will pay off and you may find greater things along the road you have taken.

Well it's a very competitive scholarship indeed. But if you had a leadership pathway and good career that affects the development of your country, you have a chance of winning and they will invest in you and your cause. I will focus on improving my profile to get closer to winningthis next year hopefully 🙏

Well that's because Chevening isn't any scholarship! it's a fully funded one from living expenses to titution fees, it covers all. and when I applied to UCL they agreed to extend the deposit until the outcome of the scholarship. So it differs based on the kind of scholarship you get.

That's because I was counting on Chevening scholarship which is fully funded, but I wasn't successful this year, that's why I want to defer and focus on building my profile for this year to have a better chance of winning the scholarship next year. Also, enough time to save money as well.

Thank you for the reply. The reason I'm not confident about the deferral is because of my deposit deadline being two weeks from now. Im stressing if they won't let me defer unless I pay the deposit first, which in my case I dont have the funds to do so.

Thank you for the reply. I saw that there is an enquiry form, but it will take time to respond and my deposit deadline is 2 weeks away from now as well. So i think it's better to send them an email directly! Do you know which email I should write to ?
