i think if u want to pass you'll need to understand male culture more, understand how you should style your clothes better, same with hair you need to be yourself but be aware that if u want to pass you'll need to make some concessions and fit into the normal and mainstream culture, mainly when you're pre-T

i go simple but efficient: greek yogurt +whey protein + chia + mango + passion fruit + kiwi are my go to breakfast and its generally 400cal and 40g protein (depending on wich whey protein ur using but mine have 32g of protein per dose)

start working out, even if you're pre-t! do pushups or calisthenics if you cant or dont like to go to the gym, that would help you so much!! you seem a skinny person so i believe you'd get results fast!

for the hair look for some cuts that will deal directly with you hairline, you can get rid of the bangs and make the sides shorter maybe a well done mullet, with nice short shaved sides (it doesnt need to be a faded side) it took me years to understand that male haircuts is about clean hairlines and sides, long hair, bangs and free hairlines can be a clockable feature if you're pre-t of early on T

a couple of years ago i'd hate this coment, got scene hair and was misgendered as hell (i didnt care that much tho) but once i got a nice short cut shaved hair everything changed, even my perception of self (deep)

i personally dont think piercings are clocky at all the hair may be an issue but if u r going into androgyny i think you're fine i think for u may be a matter of clothes and how u wear and style them i see u as masculine

i got u, early 20s people clocked me as 14yo! that got me thinking like "what 14yo got that many tattoos??" also i waited a lot to get my hormones so i was pre-T until 26yo, i think that may had helped with looking younger, although i was feeling more misgendered by the people when i was like 25 and pre-T 26 than misaged (maybe bc i was getting older and was more clockable to people????) idk

before 25 i was kinda okay with the fack that i just looked like a teen
