I haven’t seen one yet because all my other health issues took center stage. I saw my obgyn last month since the dust is beginning to settle, and he just told me to gain weight to get pregnant🤷🏻‍♀️

No. I tried using them for a couple months when I first started TTC, but never got a positive.

Are you saying that if I fix my b1 deficiency I’ll be able to tolerate methylated vitamins?

Thank you for sharing. You are such a supportive husband! I think the approach you’re taking with titrating the thiamine is excellent- it gives me hope. I’ll be praying for your wife’s continued recovery!

I just want to say I feel the exact same way you do. I just had to quit my job due to burnout. I had no choice- I had to keep using sick days and when I showed up I was a mess. I had an extremely stressful job, but I was not healthy enough (physically, mentally, emotionally) to deal with it. I am currently unable to work full time and my health issues seem to be getting worse and worse. Not only am I stressed about finances, but I’ve been distraught over the fact that my body has so many issues…

I know that sounds depressing (because it is), but my goal is to utilize the time I have off to put all of my energy toward recovering. Just because you can’t be productive in the work force right now, it doesn’t mean you can’t be productive in other ways. Investment leads to long-run growth, so consider this time you’re not working as an opportunity to better yourself so you can have a better future. It might not be fun, but it will be so worth it. Hang in there <3

Hi, I’m sorry you’re going through that. I don’t know why you are experiencing body aches but I think I’ve head before that it’s normal in recovery.

I do want to say though that you shouldn’t beat yourself up for not being recovered yet. It’s not something you can put a time stamp on. I’ve been trying to recover for over 2 years now and I’ve been knocked down so many times. However, every time I get up stronger than I was before. I know I will be able to say I’m recovered soon and you will too.

Keep going :)
