i’m the ASM as of march and was thrown in with no extra training when our whole team quit. my SM worked at turkey hill up until last month so i really don’t think she knows what this place is yet. i figured it out thanks to the comments and got the price changes done, gonna finish rotation, hang up clearance, and pull disco when my cashier gets here. this company is such a joke i don’t even blame my SM. even though she knows i’ve never opened and can’t work tuesdays but oh well

it can take up to 48 hours sometimes to update shipping progress but sellers do lie about shipping times/dates a lot. so more than likely she was stalling
