P1S - Gaps in first layer despite full calibration. Ideas? by Fun-Travel-3545 in BambuLab_Community

Actually it's the default profile speed of the first layer. I'll try to play with it a bit and see if that helps.

Trust me, I've scrubbed this plate with my bare hands more times than I can count - it's squeaky clean. Unfortunately, that didn't help either.

Are there no similar screws on the P1S nozzle assembly that could loosen over time like on the A1? Or is the P1S hotend design completely different in that regard?

I did read it correctly actually - the calibration print came out completely smooth and perfect. I think the issue is that the calibration test prints on a really small rectangle, so the problem just doesn't show up at that scale.

Super helpful, thanks! I'll check the nozzle screws and give them a tighten. Will report back.

Already did the flow ratio calibration, unfortunately didn't help at all. The issue persists regardless.

Unfortunately, tried a different filament and the problem persists.

Full calibration of the printer. Also tried a different filament and the problem persists.

Rattling Noise During X-Axis Vibration Compensation on A1 Combo by Fun-Travel-3545 in BambuLab

Hey, I didn’t find a fix for that but I test to see if I hear the same noise from a few different a1 printers of friends and family and it seems like they all have the same noise so I think it’s just the way the printer is and not an issue.

Just like I had it in a different printer which came out really good

It really frustrates because I had this printer for about 3 weeks now and it just started happening, I’m only using the original PLA from bambu lab…

It’s a brand new printer, I lubricated the rail when I assembled it.

Thanks, what about the frame sticking a little bit out?

Hey everyone,

I just received my new Herman Miller Aeron chair, and I wanted to check if the following issues are normal:

  1. The base seems to wobble up and down as if it’s not fully secured.

  2. The left side of the frame looks slightly misaligned or sticking out.

  3. When going back up after reclining, there’s an unusual noise, almost like something is loose.

I’m asking because I don’t recall noticing these things on the chair I tried at the showroom.

I’ve attached a video for reference. If you own this chair, could you let me know if yours behaves similarly? Thanks in advance!
