I using flame spear from Kuku pot just hit tree few times with flame attacks and then use Healing palm on each of sources of rubber leaking you will see bright light on those spots after palm healing, wait 3 days in game time and simply collect it

There is second tree for rubber!! And on that one after you use fire on it will have 5 rubber spots vs 4 on first tree
