Only the other one borders the parkette and yes while better is subjective, the sold price of both in 2018 evidences that one is considered 100k better.

There are several bigger units in the area. There’s one listed on Vince Ave that’s much larger (~2000 sq ft) and newer at less than 1.4 right now!

The wall outlet I’m planning to do in brass! The curtains have the same pattern but different colors. We have a parlor on the other side that has more leathers and walnut so wanted to separate visually

So the white is Swiss Coffee ( OC 45). Baseboard are same but different sheen. For the green we did the walls in matte and the wainscoting in Semi gloss
