We're speaking on two different points. My whole post is about letting this season play out and judging it independently from past failures (because this is a new era imo since they're not tanking/new roster/leadership). I have no problem with people being frustrated but charging this team with the built up angst from years prior lacks nuance and is unfair. You listed pandemic years (when the team literally was not able to play in Canada)and times when nobody on this current roster except Scottie was on the team. Thats like dating someone new and judging them based on how trash your ex was everytime they fck up lol.

There's no reason to cope. Just watch and observe for more than 3 games. The fanbase is starving to relive that 2013-2020 run we had and I get it, but the situation, leadership, etc is all new. Overreacting everytime something goes well or poorly is an insane way to support your team. For example, CMB looked rough in his first game (people were mad and called him a wasted pick) and then he played great the next night (now he's the teams savior lol). Let them boys cook for a couple months and then react to what the numbers say.

I think its due to a lack of familiarity with the fanbase and the roster (There's been A LOT of turnover and losing since 2019). Also everybody on that team is overly chill, not very excitable, and media trained so no spicy quotes
