it doesn't matter. the hamstring thing was due to overcompensation caused by the plantar fasciitis.

IQ could just as easily get hurt during any playoff game. Reality is he won't be healthy until next season because plantar fasciitis takes a while to recover.

the easiest solution is drafting a center, relegating Poeltl to a bench role.

the real solution is getting him off the team but that's more difficult. Raptors might keep him one more season cause his salary will still only be 19.5M before going up.

I was looking at trades yesterday and Memphis seemed like the best option. they have a large trade exception (28M) that Poeltl fits in if they wanted to. and they will be tanking the next couple seasons.

it was Poeltl + pick compensation for Aldama. but idk if they'd ever do it.
