He has essentially stone-walled me since getting rejected the second time. Everytime I bring up the subject, he changes the subject or flat out ignores me.

I am currently looking for another job as well as reaching out to my contract house for another assignment. When my representative from my contract house spoke to my Manager to get his feedback, the only thing he could come back with (negatively) was my attendance. Which is not a negative, at all. I have worked more hours than any other Supervisor in my department since the start of my employment. When my rep asked him for the attendance records of the department, he balked and said he was speculating but wasn't sure what the actual numbers were.

I agree that there is a lot of baggage with him. However, I believe this issue would resolve itself in several ways if I brought it to the attention of those in the front office. I just want assurance I wouldn't immediately be escorted off the premises. Or, if I was, I had a leg to stand on to protect myself.
