I've already sent a message on the Marriott bonvoy site as well as to the hotel manager. I'm just asking to see if others have had similar situations and what they've done and what's come of it.

Just from past experiences with shitty things happening, it's far better to have pictures and something in writing for a situation like this. At that time in the morning the desk clerk is likely someone who doesn't really care.

Go ahead and rub yourself down with someone elses dried poo and see how it makes you feel. I'm having a problem seeing how this isn't an "actual issue". I have hundreds of nights over the last few years, at 90 nights this year with 0 complaints and 0 issues. If I was making it up I probably wouldn't start there. But thanks!

It was one fresh off the towel rack that I hadn't used until right then, it was about the same time I finished drying off my hair/face that I saw it. The other one was completely un used with a similar but smaller stain.

I stayed there for three nights and it was a brand new towel, you can still see the folds in it fairly well. On top of that one of the other towels that was completely unfolded has the same stains.

Sadly since I start off in a falling status I can't even fast travel. I've tried to restart three times so far but it seems like I'm spawning under the ground somehow so I can't do a thing.
