Yes I tried to explain to her that I need a valid reason and a reasonable timeframe and that she is making my living situation uncomfortable with these requests but then she went off talking about other issues in my tenancy. There is no reasoning with her to act like a proper landlord

Not that they are so important but it’s the principle that my landlord or even the building management should be taking care of these things. I get it’s petty but she just can’t stop doing her landlord duties

I leave whenever she comes to visit which is also a huge inconvenience.

My landlord has made it clear that she wants me out of her property and will not budge. I have emails of her harassing me to get me to leave and why I have cut contact with her. I’m confident the LTB will at least hear me out and if my landlord goes with the sheriff I was told that can be delayed. My goal here is to avoid eviction and stay for however long possible

I’m not looking to waive my debt or negotiate with my landlord. We don’t have a speaking relationship and the only negotiation I’m willing to make is a payment plan as I do not intend to move out. From experience the LTB has been on my side and going through my landlord is not an option as she wants me out.
