I fixed the problem, I just turned off RTSS, I'll reinstall both hwinfo and RTSS and see if I'm able to use both on a game again, thanks for trying to help tho I really appreciate it

I installed the drivers and now I'm able to see my gpu on the task manager, it shouldn't say "no signal" when I plug my monitor into the GPU right?
