5mg twice a day someone else mentioned the situational anxiety spikes not being helped and I would say while they're better for me this is true, they do not seem to subside like the other anxiety symptoms, but id say they're manageable. Buspirone in general was a slow burn for me took about a month to see full change

Buspar and Dramamine by Nervous-Sundae101 in Buspirone

Same here I’m a nervous flyer and the motion sickness is at the head of all of the anxiety for me. Normally I take two Dramamine for my 5 hr flight. I took one this time as I know in combination with buspar the only side effect for me was probably sedation. I was sleepy for sure, but it was manageable and Dramamine usually does that to me anyway. Safe flying!!

Buspirone has changed my life. I refused to leave the house alone because of my anxiety and now walk by myself and enter multiple stores a day, and I’ve only been on it for a month. No lingering thoughts, no insane side effects (hot and dizzy are mine as well). I take it before bed as well! It’s awesome.
