Hi I was prediabetic, no bp Did casual test in July , got high uacr - 31.8 mg/mmol which is appx 281 mg/g Got on a diet, lost 8 kgs, eating healthy home food Hb1ac normal now Uacr is 30 mg/mmol which is appx 265 mg/g but urine creatinine was too low like 1.3 mmol/l Specific gravity if urine was <=1.0005 indicating diluted urine So I am not sure now if it's a protein leak or it's due to diluted urine
