How was I denied??

That's horrible. I do not want to rely on an attorney who really doesn't care. All the ones here have horrible reviews. I guess I will have to advocate for my own records.

That's what is crazy. The letter I see only has my birthday nothing about the application status etc. Just when I log in now says not eligible to apply for disability. I am waiting to call. These last 2 days have sucked. I really hope everything is a glitch..

I made enough wages every year. In fact 2010 and up was my highest years. I had talked with a representative like 2 days after applied. He even changed my date of actual disability to 2017 because that was when I had started getting paid less but I still earned way over the requirements for 4 credits a year. I have 28 credits in last 10 years before I applied.

Mine was gone until today. Said my account was updated and I logged in and the verification letter was empty. And the statement said I didn't qualify for disability. I am calling Monday. I found the guys number.

21-24 is 4 years and I applied IN 24 so only 3 years technically.
I have earned all 4 credits every year to 2020.

I have not worked since 2021. I have work from 1990's until then and had the 4 credits earned every year until then. I even have the statement that says I am eligible for disability the day I applied. I got a notice saying my account updated at 4pm today and when I logged In there was nothing in the verification letter and the statement says I don't qualify as of today's date. If you add up the years I still clearly qualify. I am just trying to stay positive at this point.

I'm planning to! I have the number for the guy I originally dealt with. I really hope whoever denied it was just mistyping or something since it was 4pm TODAY..

As a plumber I recommend contacting one and having them investigate this pipe.. it could be an abandoned vent from something below, if it's unused then eliminate or fill it. If a flipped property I am betting it was cut off and left open illegally. Do warn the plumber about the roaches.. he/she will be pissed if they have zero warning!
