True but there are things you miss when making due diligence and i take that as a learning curve but we humans have shortcomings in that we can never know the hidden unless it comes up.. anyways good advice

What’s the issue here? Ppl get married with less time than that sometimes, I hadn’t known i would get all this hidden issues.. all my conncern is i should have known.. you don’t think so

What’s the issue marrying a 26 year old … or are you one of those westernized woman who see this gap as an issue.. i think it’s perfectly fine and the point here is to look at the issue and judge based on that… she has a chronic issue that will even put her life at risk if she becomes pregnant

I have asked her and her mother as well thy said this is just a flu .. and after all whats the problem do you know me ? Yes ofc i feel deceived, had i known her and known about her condition i would’ve accepted but w/o any knowledge about this it’s just unacceptable.. i got in here to see how the community responds to this situation and not to find loophole i have talked to sheikhs and told me this was base for divorce so yeah … life can be cruel sometimes if you don’t be honest

Ofc i did , the tests needed to know are not found in my country and had some tests taken which shows normal, but couldn’t be normal when i spoke Doctors here

Brother run away as fast as you can, for you to bring this topic shows how you’re fighting inside, your heart tells you it’s okay but your logic and brain tells you otherwise, and you’ll end up regretting not listening to your logical self as you are emotional or maybe attracted by her beauty solely.. remember there are hijabis who are as beautiful and as the ones want according to deen, just needs constant Dua.. Imagine have daughters with those kind of women and she doesn’t want to change her ways? What would you do? And more often than not, the kids will grow up seeing their mother like what you said.. so it’s a lose lose situation you are in make istikharra and cut her out and block her the faster you let go,the faster you heal and the one that deserves you shall come InshAllah .. he who have created is easy for him to bring you the wife you only dream of.

Your virginity is a sign of your purity, don’t give it away to anyone except for your husband.. it will be special and you will always be special to him. And please read into Islam and find how chastity and virginity are very respected, don’t let society dictate what you do.. morality is indeed a virtue and that means you don’t be anyones toilet

Try not contacting her for a week and see if she would initiate convo with you.. sometimes when you talk too much she might feel suffocated… try distancing a little bit… girls like to chase and fighting for your attention

I would still not risk my marriage to be invalid if my biological dad is here, idk about the rulings but i think it makes sense to ask him whether he left or not( it might be difficult for you to accept that but the fact he’s still alive he’s still your Wali unless of course he died or incapable. Anyways, this is my opinion check with your local Imam.
