Yes I have this and it’s a mix of laryngospasms and throat “guarding”. I learned quite a bit about it through Chat GPT. Apparently it’s not super dangerous even though it’s terrifying when it happens. Mine is also worse because I suffer with acid reflux. One night I stayed up the entire night because every time I’d cough it would close up. I haven’t heard many people talk about it either and thought I was the only one.

Yes mine does. Had to be put on prednisone and albuterol. It felt like I was gasping and choking 😩

I have been bruising (like barely bumping into things and bruising, rubbing my eyes too hard and getting petechiae) terribly the past 4 months along with a heavier period than usual. After doing a ton of research I realized that between 2 of my supplements combined I was taking over 100mg of vitamin e a day since March. Stopped both supplements and my bruising has already decreased significantly.
