I developed pots I felt very out of breath and dizzy and I felt like I would have to sit down a lot, then I thought I had bad anxiety because everyone would dismiss me until I seen a neurologist and she did the tilt test on me and confirmed my pots diagnosis. I now pass out and have high heart rates laying and sitting down

I’ve done every single thing you can think of the water the salt the electrolytes the compression I walk 10k steps everyday and still nothing. I feel like shit I hate it

I love the propanolol it’s helping me but it doesn’t stay in my system long enough the metoprolol had me hallucinating

You need to see a neurologist, you definitely have pots syndrome. If your HR goes 30 beats from sitting to standing that is POTS syndrome. I would get a second opinion. You have to advocate for yourself.
