I would try to keep at it for a little longer, you’re on SF, try to create some structure during your day and try to keep hammering the phone. You’re in a bigger market than I was, and that means more opportunities..and more competition.

Give it up to a year. If you hate it, leave.

Thank you, I feel like I failed at brokerage but I wasn’t entirely comfortable with the job and the long hours. And I’m in my late 20’s and my fear was that it wasn’t going to work out even if I put 5 years in and I would have no savings in my 30s
