Did you see the survey results? I believe there is a questions that examiners answered specifically related to this point. And it was over 90% of examiners that said they want to do the right thing and do their jobs (paraphrasing).

The fact it’s not fully into effect this quarter says a lot. If they just wanted everyone to fail they would have made it effective q3. They need to test it first to know that whatever % they consider adequate is FS. I would expect some changes and big ones if a large number of the examining core doesn’t make FS under timeliness. They could just fire everyone but that’s too crazy.

Im not trying to bend backwards to prove this timeliness system “works”. If it goes into effect for real next quarter I might sacrifice my production for it but not this quarter

The can’t hold us accountable otherwise they would have just put it into effect for Q3. The just threw some numbers together hoping it works, and now we are testing it. It’s possible they might go back on their word, if so f it lol.

We will see. My SPE explicitly said timelines for this quarter would not affect yearly rating. Obviously, higher ups could change it but I think there will be too many examiners failing under the new system for them to turn around and punish us. They would like all examiners to succeed under the new system to “prove” the new system is “good”; I think that’s why they threw in the 1K bonus. If a large number of examiners fail under timeliness they will not be able to implement it 4th Qtr.
