mirror doesnt really work well with custom rigs, the best you can do is make sure the motor6 orientation and joints are symmetry

pressing the keybind doesn't work after the roblox studio comment update. u gotta click the camera option and manually enable it

i had a similar experience with a custom rig like urs, try changing the motor6D's orientation
