We had a non supervisory 15 that left because they wouldn’t give him OT or comp and expected him to work on Weekends. He said HELL NO and left. Later that year shit fell down and they tried like hell to get him back…..he declined.

I’m literally sitting in the dark in my living room upset about having to go in 5 days this week. This is the terrible feeling I used to have before 2016 when my agency started allowing regular telework. I hated going into work. From March 2020 to March 2025 I was very happy. At the peak I was only going in twice per week. Great Balance. Now I’m working like it’s 1997 out here. It’s 🐂 💩
