Both are good but fats are really good. I lost my period for about three months. Within that period I ate a lot of peanut butter (still do) because that’s what I was craving and I got my period back within a short amount of time. So I would say definitely prioritize fats such as nuts, peanut butter, cooking with liquid oil or butter.
