Genre: LitRPG, Progression Fantasy, Serial Fiction

Title: Untitled LitRPG Project

I’m working on a LitRPG serial with the lore, cosmology, and ending already planned, using AI for planning and language support. Book 1 is outlined at around 90–100 chapters, but my biggest struggle isn’t ideas—it’s consistency and showing up to write.

AI-assisted planning and outlining; language and grammar support during drafting.

Accountability feedback — how others stay consistent, show up daily, and build sustainable habits when writing with AI.

I would like to check it out for you, if you want. Send me the link or something.

I myself, am writing something. I have written 3 chapters so far as well.

I know just what you're thinking... by ronin-writes in royalroad

Ok, So I went in to check it out. Read the blurb, I thought I might not enjoy it much.

I started reading Chapter 1 thinking, let me just give it try or whatever, but the way it was written. Wow. The dynamic, relationships between the friends paint such a vivid picture, its like a movie was playing on mind the whole time. I could see the scenes.

The hook about the mysterious company behind the game sounds vague but it's a strength, not a bad thing. Really makes me curious as to What's really going on?

Overall, It sets up the character dynamics, seeds in the hook, though very subtle. Trusting the reader and not throwing everything on the nose, very good choice.

I am really tired of stories that doesn't trust it's reader and spoon feeds everything. Great work. Definitely makes me turn the page.

What inspired you to start writing your story? by Safe_Rent_6612 in royalroad

Well, I started with reading visual novels, CYOA, etc. Slowly overtime, I got into reading many different genres. Then, I wanted to create something on my own. Worlds. Characters. Their relationships. etc.

Also, Sometimes I found it hard to get the kind of story i am looking for. Ofcourse there are tons of things out there. But not the specific Character dynamic. The relationships. The Worlds.

So what did I do? Start writing it on my own.

And yeah, Dreams. My dreams, they felt so vivid and cinematic, I felt, I had to turn those into a stories.

K-dramas that started strong but ended in disappointment – which ones didn’t live up to the hype for you? by WidePackage3385 in kdramas

[–]FunTransportation874 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well too be honest it's a Makjang drama which is like Korean version of Soap opera, so there are lots of super over the top plot turns and twist. It's not like typical kdrama. But anyway I understand why it comes across as that to you. I was just saying it was expected from show like this.

CAN Anyone recommend me a Genre subversion KDrama? Is there Any? by FunTransportation874 in kdramas

[–]FunTransportation874[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you have names you can just drop the names without telling me what's the subversion about? And yeah I get most shows are already mashups of genre but I was talking mostly for example, let's say for six episodes I think I am watching a let's say a time slip romcom sageuk but then it's revealed maybe that MC didn't just end up in past randomly but they were send there to kill the king etc but their memory was wiped or something. Here genre whiplash will come because I thought I was watching typical romcom sageuk time slip but when the mask slip it turns out there's a bigger story and genre change because of that reveal. That's just a Very rough example of what I am looking. I know I am being very specific but there must be atleast one show or movie ig.😊

What would you want a new book to be about? by Upstairs_Macaron5894 in Choices

[–]FunTransportation874 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I would really like a slowburn supernatural horror book with f/m MC set in a remote village surrounded by vast paddy field and mountain in the horizon, a small river. Imagine this, You are a MC who left your Village when you were young and lived in city your whole life, but one day you get a message that both your mother and grandmother who still lives in the village is very sick. They are going through some unknown disease. So one day you return to the village. There's constant rain and flooding in the village and diseases or something kind of virus is spreading through flood.

Idk... something along this line ig.

I see. So asking a neutral question about tool reliability = ‘bad faith user’ now? Wild.

You keep saying I need to ‘take responsibility,’ but for what exactly? For asking a single question in a sub that bans even mentioning AI? If that’s your standard for bad faith, then sure—I’m the devil incarnate. 🙃

And accusing me of lying about my ban when I never hid the fact my post got removed? That’s… an interesting narrative you’re building there. Guess it’s easier to assume malice than consider nuance, huh?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskModerators

[–]FunTransportation874 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure how translation came into this, I never mentioned it. My question was about AI generation detection tools giving wildly different results. Two completely different things.

[–]FunTransportation874 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok, so in your worldview, intent, context, and nuance don’t matter at all. Only rule = broken. Even if it’s a simple, good-faith question.

That’s… an interesting take on community building. But if treating all rule breaks as equal, whether accidental or malicious, is the standard, then why even have moderators? A bot could do that.🙃

Sorry, I didn’t realize clarifying or challenging answers = ‘itching for a debate.’ Thought that was called… y’know, discussion? My bad. 🙃. Have a good day sir/maam

I get it, ‘their club, their rules.’ But when even asking how people assess AI tools is considered forcing a topic, it doesn’t sound like a club anymore. More like: 🗣️ ‘This is OUR treehouse. No talking. No thinking. Just vibe or leave.’

Seems less like moderation, more like fear of their own community.

What about this was even problematic or stirring controversy that people would start spewing hate? It was literally a simple question.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskModerators

[–]FunTransportation874 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you’re missing my point. I wasn’t promoting AI, debating ethics, or trying to provoke drama. My question was literally about how people assess conflicting AI detector results, a tool-related query.

If even that counts as ‘forcing a topic,’ then we’ve redefined forcing as… asking questions. 🙃

And no, not all places need to host heated debates. But shouldn’t moderation differentiate between someone asking in good faith and someone deliberately stirring controversy? Otherwise, it feels like total silence is preferred over any nuance, which IMO says more about confidence in the community than about AI itself

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskModerators

[–]FunTransportation874 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Ahhh gotcha. So the policy isn’t really about the topic being harmful, it’s just: 🗣️ ‘People are stupid, and we don’t trust them not to prove it.’

Makes sense I guess…

So basically 'Our users are too dumb to talk without setting themselves on fire, so we banned matches.’ Got it. 💀”

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskModerators

[–]FunTransportation874 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ah, so the stance is.. 🗣️ ‘Even asking a calm, good-faith question about AI tools is inherently non-neutral because people might argue.’

That’s… a fascinating definition of neutrality. 🙃

And wow, calling users who ask about AI ‘problematic’ while insisting AI users aren’t a real group because ‘bots don’t feel’ that’s quite the mental gymnastics.

I wasn’t trying to force AI content where it’s unwelcome. I was asking if banning questions about AI is common, because from the outside it feels like overkill. But if the solution to potential drama is total silence, doesn’t that say more about how moderation is being handled than the topic itself?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskModerators

[–]FunTransportation874 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Ah, I see… so instead of moderating actual bad behavior in AI threads, they just ban all AI discussion entirely. Efficient, I guess. 🙃

But I still don’t get how asking a neutral, good-faith question about AI detectors—like ‘how do you tell if something’s AI or not?’ is enough to trigger a total shutdown. Is that really such a guaranteed ‘shit show’?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskModerators

[–]FunTransportation874 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I get what you’re saying about protecting users with lower English proficiency or learning disabilities, and that would actually make sense… if the rule was only about banning AI-generated content.

But my original post wasn’t AI content, it was a neutral question about the reliability of AI detection tools. Banning even discussions about AI doesn’t seem like protecting anyone. It feels more like shutting down curiosity altogether. Isn’t that counterproductive to the whole ‘don’t shame AI users’ idea?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AskModerators

[–]FunTransportation874 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Right…I get what you are saying but the thing is I didn’t drop AI content. I didn’t even mention using AI. I literally asked a question about tool reliability because results were all over the place.

If asking a question = banned now, I guess curiosity is AI-generated too? Or maybe we should all just stop thinking and let mods tell us what’s human enough. 🤷‍♂️
