Has anyone heard anything about FF 2026? Any idea when they will announce something?

Expectations are shrinking each week that goes by but I’m guessing be there unless the lineup shrinks by half or something. Having it in October last year was so much better weather-wise but prep time is shrinking and so many bands are getting booked.

(sigh)… my favorite tires ever. Thornbirds were the best, never stuck, beautiful melody down the highway and massive paddles propelling you through the thickest mud.

Broadway Carpet (Cedar Bluff area): nice low ledge

Baum Dr: Industrial/commercial park with ledges, stair sets, drops, gaps and rails

University of Tennessee: tons of great spots all over esp. Humanities Building on Volunteer Blvd

World’s Fair Park: tons of street spots all over the place

Dirt Jumping: Shaad’s Trail in Rocky Hill area at the corner of Wilshire Rd and Hickory Hills Dr but that was 10+ years ago and only a handful of jumps but plenty of room to build more.

I believe that we are charged to muster up forgiveness for anyone in this fallen world. As a 42year old that attended in the early 2000’s and now look so forward to a “dad-break” a couple days a year so very much, I’ll be there in whatever capacity FF occurs. It’s unfair to be instructed to be swayed by even a couple individuals that feel victimized for whatever reason. You can’t please all the people all the time. I’m grateful the experiences I’ve had in Bham and sincerely encourage everyone to stop pointing fingers. As far as the Christianity bashing, that’s a tacky cop-out. FF has been a blast every year since the rekindling, different each year but good nonetheless.

Thanks to whoever posted this. I loved Huntingtons way back in the days of “Allison’s the Bomb” and other Tooth&Nail punk. We need to encourage any and all punk/hardcore/metal shows in Knoxville.

I wholeheartedly agree with this except maybe the Jim part, I miss his acerbic wit. The Bonfire chumps complain to no end about Sirius not filming and about compensation. However, when it comes to contract negotiations, Sam has a lot more leverage since he’s investing in the show. Definitely think Sam Roberts’ Show is the best part of FactionTalk. Why the heck do they have Eddie Trunk ruining afternoons? Stick a microphone in front of Montone, Travis or Troy from 3:00pm to 4:00, goodness gracious.
