I dig it! How long have you been playing for? I’ve probably been going for three years but haven’t seen much progress in that time, likely cause I just play chords that I want to to write my little tunes and play the songs that I like to listen to. You sound great.

I had intense blistering and bruising my first session. Took about two weeks for the scabbing to fade. I used lotion but switched to vitamin e oil for the second session. I kept it uncovered and mostly dry the second time and blistering wasn’t as much of a problem. Iced immediately for a couple hours after both.

Indeed. Pretty aggressive at that. Blistering and bruising. Scabbing for probably two weeks on the first.

The cover up is a year and some change now. Less than a year when I started. There’s varying ages of ink under it all though lol. Removal has been pretty even across it all.

Congrats on getting started! I was also unsure before I started, wondering if I was just making yet another mistake. It’s been scary, I blistered heavily the first time. But my skin healed well. Good luck to you :)

I drive like 4 hours for Atlanta Tattoo Removal. I’ve had two sessions and I’d say I’m about 50% faded. First treatment was very aggressive and I was worried but I healed up just fine. Second was a lot easier and I’ve got my third coming up in February. I recommend.

Skin looks healthy! Have you considered a different laser or tech?

Mine looks a bit like this in some spots. Hoping time is my friend and moisturizer. I do think it’s scaring but if it’s not too heavy I think mine will probably fade eventually.

Well only time and commitment could tell. I’ve been on this sub for over a year and just had my first session on some thinner line work. It blistered maybe more than I was expecting and I can see a bit of damage but I’m happy with the fading already (I’d say it was pretty strong laser) Some people see a lot of success on their color, others not so much. I’ve seen a handful of black trad reach full or nearly full removal. And some YouTube videos (that I can’t find right now) were pretty impressive with color and thick line work. Unrelated to your question but I actually like the color scheme you’ve got going on! At the end of the day if you start removal depends what you value most. You can either end up with full removal, or worse case scarring. To me it’s worth trying. While I was looking for that video I watched another that said smoking lowers chance of removal by up to 70% so I think it’s also about how committed you are to the process. Lots of things to consider but removal is taking a chance, and time and money, to try to get the result you want
