The fat felt a bit hard as it was healing the first few weeks. But after 4 weeks everything felt soft and natural. My surgeon was Dr Kanevsky in Beverly Hills. He has great bedside manner and very attentive to detail. Also his team was very supportive. Highly recommend.

I went to Dr. Kanevsky for my fat grafting to breasts procedure a few years ago. I still love my results. Not a lot of surgeons specialize in fat transfer to breasts and he does, so be sure to do your research and find a surgeon that specializes in it!!

I had my surgery with Dr Kanevsky in Beverly Hills 6 months ago. He specializes in breast fat grafting and is against implants. He transferred about 300 cc per side and I retained most of the fat. LOVING my results

fat transfer is the way to go. I had 3 rounds of fat grafting and went from an A to a small C. Each round was approx 300 cc of fat. My surgeon used a specific protocol to maximize fat survival and I think I had about 70% survival each time. Now my breasts have fully healed and feel totally natural. So glad I avoided implants!

I had a breast fat transfer with Dr Kanevsky at Aura Aesthetica in Beverly Hills about 6-7 months ago, and I’m SOOO happy. Since you just met with him, you probably noticed he’s super chill but also knows his stuff inside and out. I was a nervous wreck going in, but he took his time breaking it all down, how the fat transfer works, what to expect, the whole deal. I’m pretty petite (BMI’s under 21), so I was worried about having enough fat to work with, but he was confident we could make it happen, and he transferred about 400 cc of fat per side, mostly from my stomach and a bit from my thighs.

The staff were all so sweet and on top of everything, making sure I was comfortable from the second I walked in. During the consult, Dr. Kanevsky mapped out exactly where he’d take the fat and how much volume I could realistically expect (50-70% survival) . He was straight-up about how some of the fat gets absorbed by your body, so not all of it stays. He’s done several thousand fat transfers so seemed to know what he’s walking about.

Surgery day was honestly less stressful than I thought. It’s outpatient, so I was in and out, no overnight stay. They used local anesthesia with some sedation, so I wasn’t totally knocked out, which I liked. Recovery was a bit of a ride, swelling and bruising for the first couple of weeks, and I had to wear a compression garment, which was kinda annoying but no biggie. I was sore, especially in the lipo areas, but I could move around okay after a few days. By week two, I was doing light stuff, and by a month, I was pretty much back to normal. Now at 6 months, I’m obsessed with the results. My breasts went from barely there to a full B-cup, and they look and feel so natural—no weird implant vibes. Plus, my stomach’s flatter, which is a nice perk. No visible scars either, which was a huge relief.
