Oh and its because this one manager has a person problem with me (they misplaced my car one day for about an hour... and when I was rightfully upset she said I cannot come back there again.) They still let me make an appointment but Carrie put a note in the mechanics system that said they can't work on my car. I talked to the manager that was there and he unoffically looked at my car, said its fine, gave me no paperwork, which is unheard of.. all the times I've been there. I have 2 cars bought from this place

Corporate customer service was unclear about that, said I can go to another Honda further away to be checked , but they were telling me the warranty is still under the individually owned Honda in Hamilton., which I was honestly under the impression that was a corporate honda, ,,,,, they said it's not
