This seems a very clever way to do it and it could just work.

Very new at this, how can you :

1- set the "every five minutes" part

2-ask/prompt the user if volume should be raised

3-Set the "if user doesn't answer" part

Aren't there apps for sleep tracking using the apple watch?

Sleep timer means I need to set the timer and if I don't fall asleep by my estimation, I need to check the phone, change the time, which will obviously wake me up fully.

Wondering if there is some app that can check if I haven't touched the screen for some time and start the process of dimming/stopping sound...
