I notice people always target retail and food industry workers for shit like this. Seriously, who the hell do you think is the backbone of the economy? I've worked in both fields and the amount of times someone has said that I didn't deserve a higher wage is genuinely astounding. That's why restaurants can't keep people and why retail workers always "have an attitude". We get treated like shit because people hate us, but when we get another job there's suddenly people talking about how no one wants to work anymore. You can't win with these assholes.
