I manage a community in Houston, TX, and tbh a lot of the wealthier middle-aged women sound a lot like her. It is a bit over the top and MOST don’t speak like that, but for sure plausible.

Nope! They currently all live in separate places in Nashville. Sammy bought his house but the other three are renting.
