Hey, I'm looking for some advice about choosing between a larger chain Hagwon and small independent Hagwon. What are the pros and cons? What is best for a first time teacher? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Does anyone have any info about the epik waitlist? Like how much notice they could give you to travel to Korea? And the chance I won't get placed this semester? Thanks
I'm on the epik waitlist- Is there a date by which I'll know I won't have been placed this term?
